Technically reporter Holly Quinn accepting an award was honored with a DCRAC community service award

On Oct. 12, was awarded the James S. Angus Excellence in Community Service award from Delaware Community Reinvestment Action Council (DCRAC).

The award was accepted by Holly Quinn (pictured above!), senior reporter, Delaware and at-large, at DCRAC’s 26th annual Celebrate CRA gala. It was the first in-person Celebrate CRA event, whose central acronym refers to the federal 1977 Community Reinvestment Act that the host organization commemorates, since 2019. This year’s theme was “Changing Faces of Advocacy.”

“The fact that this publication gives a voice to a diverse array of issues and events especially impressed us for this award,” said Jacklyn Quinn, deputy director of DCRAC.
