Christopher Wink reports on Bill Clinton speech

Yesterday, for The Temple News, I went with a staff photographer to the campus of the University of Pennsylvania to see former President Bill Clinton give a speech.

I wrote a quick summary, grabbed a photo and had it on our site before any other media.

It was the opening address of a symposium on inequality, on which he spoke. See two minutes of video highlights of the hour long speech below.

Admittedly, the late access we were warranted offered a rushed reporting environment and, yes, I did not bring a tripod, one of the cardinal rules of video. It will be an early lesson.

  • any chance you can post the whole thing or at least a longer highlight reel – this was a great speech

  • Mike,
I can try to get a longer segment up tonight after I’m done at work.
Thanks for commenting and letting me know.
